摘要
利用10份黄瓜自交系配制9份杂交一代,通过抗枯萎病苗期接种鉴定,探讨了黄瓜枯萎病抗性的遗传规律及表现形式。结果表明,黄瓜枯萎病抗性为数量性状遗传,抗性为显性基因控制,抗病与感病亲本的杂交一代的抗病性介于双亲抗病性均值与强抗病性亲本之间,抗病性表现出中亲优势与超亲优势。
By using ten cucumber inbred lines,nine F1hybrids were produc ed to reseach the genetic regularity and expression form of fusarium wilt of cucum ber.According to the test of seedling inocu-lation,we can make a conclusion that the fusarium wilt resistance of cucumber belongs to quantity heredity contr olled by dominant genes.
