摘要
研究发现家蚕每一个体基因组的DNA片断的特异性分别具有物种、品种和个体3个层次,其中只有品种特异性的DNA片断才能作为家蚕杂交率检验的判别标志.用一粒蚕卵或一条蚁蚕抽提得到的DNA,与从丝腺细胞中抽提得到的DNA的PCR反应结果相同,故在卵期可利用RAPD技术简便、快速,正确地检验家蚕的杂交率.
It was found that specifity of DNA fingerprinting of the genome from individual silkworm can be characterized on three different levels, namly, speciesspecific, varietyspecific and individualspecific level. Only pecularity of DNA that are varietiespecific can serve as juge criterion for purity determination on the hybrid. The same PCR result can be amplified by DNA template from a single silkworm egg or a newly hatched larva and from silkworm gland cells. So fingerprint based on DNA at the egg stage is promising to be used in rapidly assessing purity of hybrid.
