摘要
本试验采用牛津小杯法及攻毒法,观测了“五味消毒饮”、复方、单味药对化脓性细菌的抑菌效果以及对兔热毒性病理模型的疗效观察。结果表明:“五味消毒饮”及各味药物对三种化脓性细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,复方针剂的抑菌作用优于水煎剂。提示“五味消毒饮”治疗疮痈肿毒具有良好效果。
This paper reported the research of the oxfford cup method test of ingredient Toxin Dispersing Beverage compound and simple formula inhibition py ogenic bacteria and it's curative effects of the rabbit heat toxin pathology mo dle.It was concluded that the Ingredient Toxin Dispersing Beverage could inhib ition the three pyogenic bacteria in different degree.It's injection is bette r than it's decota.The Ingredient Toxin Dispersing Beverage in curative the p yogenie laeefatin has good effects.
