摘要
本文研究瓦面变形对扇形瓦推力轴承的承载状况的影响,对于给定瓦面形状时的计算以及对轴承进行的弹性流体动力分析都表明,轴承在平面瓦和变形状态下都可能存在单值承载区、双值承载区和无承载能力的区域。各承载区域随瓦变形的型式和大小产生连续的迁移和变形,使通常按平面瓦设计的工作点发生变化。在轴承的理论分析中,特别是弹性或热弹性分析中,也会由于轴承工作区的变化使数值计算出现比较复杂的情况。
The calculation of a given shaped pad and the analysis of elastic fluid dynamics both indicate that bearings with a plane pad under deformation state will possibly get the existence of load-bearing areas with a single value of a double value and of the areas without bearing capacity Every load-bearing area will emerge continuous movement and deformation with a pad deformation in different type and magnitude. Thus usually variaions are set to the working point according to the design of a plane pad. In the theoretical analysis of bearings,especially in the EHL or TEHL analysis,owing to the changes of working areas of bearings, the numerical calculation will present a rather complicated state. This state can be explained and foreseen from the result obtained in this paper
