摘要
通过对天津地区严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者的临床表现 ,从症状演变、症候学变化和治疗存在的棘手问题 ,结合因人制宜、因时制宜、因地制宜的中医学个体化辩证思维治疗观 ,展开了对危重症SARS的救治工作 ,寻找中医药的最佳切入干预点。讨论了患者的临床症状演变、实验室指标和肺部影像学变化。从对发热的认识 ,肺系症状的认识 ,活血化瘀、软坚散结法方药 ,扶正培本、提高免疫力和化湿祛痰。
The treatment of patients with SARS was carried out and the optimal interrupting points of TCM was found by observing the clinical manifestations of SARS patients in Tianjin, inspecting the intractable problems of symptoms evolvement, symptomatology variety and treatment, and considering TCM thought of treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions, local conditions and the physique of an individual. The clinical symptomatic evolvement, laboratory indexes and the X_ray of the lung was discussed. The experiences of treating SARS by TCM were discussed from 5 aspects: the recognition to the fever; the recognition to the symptoms of the pulmonary system; the prescriptions and herbs with the function of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, softening and dispelling the hard masses;enhancing immunity through strengthening the Zheng Qi(the body resistance) and the importance of eliminating dampness and sputum.
