摘要
[目的]观察中西医综合治疗方案治疗传染性非典型肺炎的临床效果。[方法]静脉滴注清热解毒针剂 ;中医辨证属风温肺热 ,治宜轻清宣化 ;严格掌握激素的应用指征 ;合理使用抗生素 ;对症处理。[结果]全部病例病情得到有效控制 ,平均退热时间2.96d,胸片炎症吸收6.20d ,平均住院天数8.86d。[结论]中西医综合治疗“非典”具有优势 ,中药可能起着调整机体自身免疫、增强抗病能力。
To observe the clinical effect of SARS treated by integrated Chinese and western therapeutic medicine. The following methods were used. The injection of medicine with the function of clearing away heat and removing toxin was given intravenously.The herbs with light nature for clearing and expelling heat were used to treat SARS belonging to lung_heat syndrome due to wind_warm invasion according to the syndrome differentiation. The using of hormone was controlled strictly. An antibiotic was given reasonably. The expectant treatment was also used. All the cases were relieved effectively. The average time for abatement of fever was 2.96 d, for phlegmonosis disappeared on the X_ray 6.20 d, for hospitalization 8.86 d.[Conclusion]The integrated Chinese and western therapeutic project has advantages to the treatment of SARS with the possible mechanism of regulating the autoimmunity, enhancing the body resistance and inhibiting the virus infection.
