摘要
静态应力-强度模型中,零件失效的概率仅与随机变量应力和强度的干涉区有关。本文介绍一种计算零件不可靠度的方法,即在不知道应力和强度分布特征,而仅了解应力强度干涉区中有关信息时,建立求解零件不可靠度的数学模型,利用优化技术,求出不可靠度值的范围,并给出这一优化问题的解答。本文还提出一新的求解零件不可靠度的数学模型,可求出更精确的不可靠度范围。
The unreliability bounds in static stress-strength models depend only upon the interference region of the stress and the strength random variabies. This paper introduces a methodology to compute the unreliability based to only upon the independent probabilities in this region by setting up optimization models and using optimization techniques; no distribution identification is requied. This paper also developes a new optimization model for determining the unreliability bounds in order to find more accurate reliability bounds.
