摘要
在零件自动加工与装配中,漏斗送料器是自动化装置的重要组成部分。本文分析了小零件在漏斗送料器中的运动特征;论述了送料效率与送料器结构的关系,为设计提出了理论依据。文章给出了理论与实验研究结果。
In automatic manufacturing and assemply of small parts, hopper feeder is one of the important components of automation device. The kinematic characteristics of small parts delevered by the hopper feeder are analysed in the paper. The deependence of transportation efficiency of the parts on the structure of the hopper feeder is described. This presents the theoretical basis for the design, Some theoretical and experimental results are preseented in our paper.
