摘要
目的 :探讨米非司酮和甲氨喋呤联合治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法 :对36例异位妊娠患者采用口服米非司酮及肌注甲氨喋呤方案治疗 ,定时监测血 β-HCG ,直至正常。结果 :35例成功 ,成功率97 2 %。结论 :米非司酮和甲氨喋呤联合治疗异位妊娠 ,能缩短治疗时间 ,提高成功率 。
objective:To explore the effect of combination mifepristone and meth ot rexate on ectopic pregnancy.Methods:36 Cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated w ith mifepristone and methotrexate.The HCG was monitored regularly.Results:35 Cas es were successfully treated.Conclusion:The combination of mifepristone and meth otrexate on ectopic pregnancy could shoten therapeutic time and decease the side effect.
