摘要
目的 探讨创伤性连枷胸的治疗经验。方法 对 2 7例创伤性连枷胸的治疗进行回顾性分析 ,其中牵引外固定 8例 ,未行固定治疗 6例。结果 全组均治愈。结论 临床处理连枷胸对反常呼吸运动和肺挫伤 ,应区别对待 ,有所侧重。在控制胸壁浮动时应选择合适的方法。
Objective To discuss the surgical experience of traumatic flail chest.Methods The surgical experience of 27 cases of traumatic flail chest was analyzed retrospectively.The patients were treated with traction and exopexy(8 cases) and without exopexy(6 cases).Results All the patients had been cured.Conclusion In patients with flail chest,abnormal breathing and lung contusion should be managed differently and individually.Suitable method should be chosen in controlling chest wall floating.The application of mechanical ventilation should have certain indications.
