摘要
本文从产业组织理论角度 ,分析了电子商务这一现代复合商业技术 ,研究它正在对我国保险产业演进的深远影响 :首先 ,电子商务对保险企业的行为影响表现在业务内容和方式的改变、提升企业管理水平、使企业组织结构更加扁平化、以及产品定价等方面 ;其次 ,电子商务对保险产业的资源配置效率、中小企业竞争力、保险业务范围和市场空间等产生深刻影响 ,从而影响了整个保险产业的经济绩效 ;最后 ,通过分析指出 。
As one kind of modern complex business technology,article e-business and its impact on the evolution of insurance industry of our country has been researched based on the theory of industry organization in this article.Firstly,the impact of e-business on the conducts of insurance companies,such as the business scope and mode,advancing the management level,flatting the organization structure,and the pricing,etc..Secondly,e-business is improving on the efficiency of resource allocation,the competency of middle and small companies in insurance industry,so the economical performance of insurance industry is upgraded.After some analysis the conclusion has been got that e-business is accelerating the evolution trend of the insurance industry of our country to monopolistic competition.
