摘要
文章首先对虚拟企业产生的背景和形成的过程进行了深入分析 ,并提出了虚拟企业运作的五种成功模式 ,最后指出 :我国企业要想成功地借鉴虚拟企业的发展模式 。
First,the background of virtual enterprise formed is deeply analyzed and its basic content framework is comprehensively studied.Then five successful models of virtual enterprise are put forward.Finally,it is pointed out that,if a Chinese enterprise wants to successfully use the development model of virtual enterprise for reference,it should be necessary to take five innovation measures.
