摘要
软件项目管理过程中,有效的管理和控制是十分必要的,同时也是项目成功的基本保证。本文着重研究在软件项目管理中非常重要的成本收益评估问题,分析进行成本收益评估的基本步骤、内容以及现金流评估技术。
Efficient software project management an d control is criteria and the success of project is based on it in the total pro cess. In this paper, we will focus on studying the cost-benefit evaluation, whi ch is important in software project management, and analyzing the basic step, co ntent and cash flow evaluation used in common cost-benefit evaluation.
