摘要
经过几十年的发展,独立董事在完善公司治理结构方面取得了显著的成效。针对我国基金治理结构方面存在的问题,证监会决定在基金管理公司中逐步引入该制度。本文认为进一步优化基金治理结构,还需要对独立董事的制度基础、政策环境以及基金市场本身加以规范和完善。
