摘要
目的 :探讨血吸虫病外科治疗早期并发症与手术操作方式的关系。方法 :对 10 6 2例血吸虫病的外科手术治疗早期并发症进行回顾性统计分析。结果 :10 6 2例晚期血吸虫病患者经手术治疗 ,术后发生早期并发症 2 85例 (占 2 6 8% ) ,其中死亡 13例 (占 4 6 % )。结论 :局部感染、腹腔大出血、术后昏迷、顽固性腹水、肠系膜静脉栓塞并小肠坏死等早期并发症发生原因及防治措施均与手术操作有一定关系。
Objective:To explore correlation between postoperative complications and operative performance mode.Method:Data of 1062 patients with schistosomiasis conducted operations was analysed.Results:Among 1062 schistosomiasis patients treated by operation,early complications occurred in 285 cases,making up 26.8% and 13(4.6%)of whom died.Conclusion:Early complications such as local infection,bleeding of abdominal cavity,postoperative coma,intractable ascites,embolism of mesenteric vein and enteric necrosis are correlated to operative performance.
