摘要
目的 :探讨打开成年深覆牙合的有效方法。方法 :对 30例Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°前牙深覆牙合患者使用方丝弓矫正器和小平牙合板联合进行治疗。结果 :与单纯方丝弓矫正器相比 ,其打开咬合较快且时间短 ,至正常牙合时 ,Ⅱ°深覆牙合平均3 2± 1 0个月 ,Ⅲ°深覆牙合平均 4 8± 1 5个月 ,两者差异有显著性。结论 :方丝弓矫正器配合小平导联合矫治前牙深覆牙合是一种高效方法 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:To determine an effective method for correction of deep overbite.Method:30 patients with Ⅱ～Ⅲ deep overbite were treated by technique of Edgewise together with bite plate.Results:Compared with single use of Edgewise,joint use of Edgewise and bite plate could shorten corrective time to 3.2±1.0 months for Ⅱ overbite and 4.8±1.5 months for Ⅲ overbite.There was significant difference between the single use and joint use.Conclusion:Joint use of Edgewise and bite plate technique is an efficient way for correction of overbite.
