摘要
目的 :观察国产异丙酚用于人工流产术的效应。方法 :选择ASAI～Ⅱ级 4 0例自愿实施无痛人流者 ,静注异丙酚 2 5mg/kg ,于 6 0s注完 ,术中根据孕妇的反应 ,追加异丙酚 2 0～ 4 0mg ,术中常规吸氧 2L/min ,连续监测病人BP、HR、RR、SPO2 、MAP。结果 :用量 14 0± 2 0mg ,麻醉效果满意 ,对循环影响较轻 ,对呼吸功能有明显抑制 ,呼吸频率减慢发生率 5 2 5 % ,SPO2 下降发生率 5 7 5 % ,但在 5min内均自行恢复。结论 :国产异丙酚用于人工流产术简便易行 ,诱导迅速、舒适 ,苏醒快而完全 ,但术中应注意其对呼吸、循环功能抑制。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of propofol in artificial abortion.Method:40 pregnant women were given propofol 2.5 mg/kg within 60 seconds intravenously.20～40 mg propofol was added depending on their reaction.Oxygen was routinely administrated.Vital signs such as BP,HR,RR,SPO 2 and MAR were monitored. Results:A dosage of 140±20 mg received satisfied result and had little inhibiting effect on circulatory system,but had inhibiting effect on respiratory system obviously.52.5% cases had reduced respiratory rate and 57.5% presented decreased SPO 2.The inhibition to respiration recovered within 5 minutes in all cases.Conclusion:Propofol has many advantages such as convenience,fast inducing effect and gaining consciousness quickly,but attention should be paid to circulatory and respiratory inhibition.
