摘要
目的 :探讨乌拉地尔 (优匹敌 )治疗中、重度妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )的疗效 ,观察孕期使用优匹敌对胎儿有无不良影响。方法 :选择 42例中、重度妊高征患者 ,静脉注射优匹敌治疗高血压 ,采用自身对照法 ,于使用前后测定血压、脉搏 ,并进行胎心监护。结果 :用药后患者血压平稳下降 ,心率无明显变化 ,胎心监护无负荷实验均阳性 ;新生儿 1a后随访 ,发育正常。结论 :优匹敌治疗妊高征是有效的 ,对胎儿是安全的。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of urapidil in patients with moderate and severe pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), and observe adverse effect to fetus in late pregnancy. Methods: A self control study was performed in 42 cases of moderate and severe PIH. Urapidil was given intravenously. Before and after using the drugs, blood pressure, heart rate and nonstress test(NST)were monitored. Results: Compared with that of pre treatment, patient's blood pressure dropped smoothly. There was no change in the heart rate during the treatment. NST was positive in most of the patients. The neonates develop normally after a year. Conclusion: Urapidil is effective in treating PIH and safe to fetus.
