摘要
犤目的犦研究中药抑制血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)生长增殖的作用和机制。犤方法犦采用3H-TdR(氚胸腺苷)掺入和外源性c-juncDNA在血管平滑肌细胞中表达的方法,观察血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)生长增殖变化。犤结果犦与对照血清+内皮素组(cpm2534.54±54.22/105细胞)相比,中药血清+内皮素组(cpm1104.33±37.31/105细胞)血管平滑肌细胞3H-TdR掺入量有显著下降(P<0.01),而且血管平滑肌细胞原癌基因的c-junmRNA表达也较弱。犤结论犦本实验表明复方丹参对血管平滑肌细胞增殖及其原癌基因c-junmRNA的表达有明显的抑制作用。
To study the effect and mechanism of Chinese material medica on the inhibition of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)hyperplasia.3H-TdR incorporation and expression of c-jun cDNA in VSMC was used.The growth and hyperplasia of VSMC were observed.The amount of3H-TdR incorporation in serum+en-dothelin-1with Chinese herbs group(cpm1104.33±37.31/105cell)was lowered than that in serum+endothelin-1group(cpm2534.54±54.22/105cell)with a significant difference(P<0.01).And the c-jun mRNA expression of carcinoma insi-tu was also weaker in the former group.[Conclusion]It shows that compound Danshen dripping pills can inhibit the hy-perplasia of VAMC and c-jun mRNA expression of carcinoma insitu.
