摘要
目的 :综合评价AF椎弓根螺钉系统复位治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤的效果。方法 :回顾性分析 2 7例应用AF系统内固定复位治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的椎体复位情况及神经功能。结果 :椎体前缘高度由术前的 48 7%恢复至术后的 94 6 % ,Cobbs角由术前 2 5 2°恢复至术后7 1°。神经功能按ASIA分级 ,除术后A级中 3例和B级中 2例无变化外 ,其余 2 2例均有 1～ 2级的提高。结论 :AF系统固定牢靠 ,复位满意 。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of AF spinal system on treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and spinal cord injury.Methods:Twenty-seven cases of thoracolumbar fractures of use AF spinal system and the nerual function and reduction were reviewed.Results:The neural function were classified by ASIA system.The results showed no change in 3 cases of grade A,2 cases of grade B and an increasing for 1～2 grade in the other 22 cases after operation.The anterior height of vertebral bodies were restored from 48 7% pre-operation to 94 6% post-operation,The Cobbs angle were corrected from 25 2°to 7 1°post-operativon.Conclusions:The AF spinal system has good effect for reduction and fixation on thoracolumber fractures and it is an ideal method for the treatment of thoracolumber fractures with spinal cord injury.
