妥泰治疗Tourette综合征临床观察

摘要目的　探讨妥泰对Tourette综合征的治疗作用。方法　采用妥泰单药治疗Tourette综合征患者 4 2例 ,观察其临床疗效、剂量及不良反应。结果　妥泰治疗Tourette综合征总有效率为 81 % ,有效剂量 0 5～ 8mg/kg ,未见明显毒副作用。
