摘要
中国旅游就业结构正在转型。作为世界最重要的旅游目的地国家之一,无论是入境旅游、国内旅游,还是出境旅游,中国旅游发展的趋势越来越具有世界意义。中国地域辽阔,人口众多,旅游资源丰富,各地发展旅游经济,拓展就业空间,创造了许多经验和模式;同时,不同旅游资源和市场需求约束环境条件下,旅游就业的容量和模式也不相同。为此,要进一步总结各地发展旅游经济与促进社会就业增长的经验和存在的问题,探讨不同旅游资源环境和市场需求约束条件下的旅游就业容量、模式和规律,借鉴世界旅游组织(WTO)推荐的卫星帐户(TSA)统计原理,建构符合中国国情的旅游促进就业增长的测算模型,为国家发展旅游产业、促进社会就业增长提供决策依据,进一步创新和发展中国特色的旅游经济与就业理论。
The tourism employment structure of China is just transition. As one of the most important tourism destination countries in the world, the development of tourism of China has world significance more and more whether enter the country tourism and inner the country tourism or leave the country tourism. In the case of expanse zone and much population and abundant tourism resource, each region opens up wide employment space with tourism development and creates many experience and models on tourism employmen; at the same time, the capacity and pattern of tourism employment are diverse with different tourism resource and the restriction market demand in China. Therefore, we must to sum up experience and problem in the process of tourism development and employment growth of each region, to discuss the capacity and model and rule of tourism employment with different tourism resource and the restriction market demand, to use for reference the theory of TSA commended by WTO, to found the model of employment growth with tourism development in China, to offer decision-making gist for tourism development and employment growth, to further innovate and develop tourism economy and employment theory with Chinese speciality.
