摘要
用地效益是衡量土地利用水平的一项重要指标。文章首先探讨了城市用地效益内涵和评价指标,然后通过城市间的比较来分析我国城市用地效益现状和存在的问题,并通过模型构建来评价城市用地效益,试图为我国城市土地集约利用和可持续发展提供参考。
Land use efficiency is an important index to measure the level of land use. The paper discussed the connotation of land use efficiency and evaluation index first, then, in comparison, analyzed the current situation and existent problem of urban land use efficiency in China. It's followed by a model to evaluate the efficiency. It tried to offer reference to urban land intensive use and urban sustainable development.
