摘要
归纳海洋资源的特点 ,回顾海洋资源开发的历程 ,以中国海洋资源为例 ,分析了开发利用中存在的问题 。
This paper sums up the characteristics of the marine resources and looks back the developing course of the marine resources.In addition,it takes China's marine resources for example to analyze the existing problems in the process of its development and utilization,and puts forward the countermeasures of its continuous development.
