摘要
利用同时蒸馏萃取法提取了天津实心芹菜籽中的挥发油 .用毛细管GC/MS法从芹菜籽的挥发油中分离确定了 2 4种化合物 ,用峰面积归一化法 ,通过G170 1BA化学工作站数据处理系统 ,得出其化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量为 5 3 .3 4% .
The essential oil of the Tianjin stylish celery seed was extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction method.The chemical constituents of the volatiles from the Tianjin stylisb celery seed were identified by means of capillary gas chromatography and combined gas chromatography mass spectrometry. 24 constituents were identified.
