摘要
目的 探讨初中教师心理健康与学校组织气氛的相关。方法 采用随机分层整群抽样方法,抽取郴州市27所初中教师245人,用SCL-90量表和学校组织气氛量表进行调查。结果 ①学校管理气氛与教师心理疾病中的敌意因子,学习气氛与强迫、人际敏感、焦虑和敌意因子具有显著的正相关,即学校组织管理气氛和学习气氛是教师心理疾病的显著诱因。②教师心理疾病各因子与学校组织人际气氛具有负相关,表明学校组织中的人际气氛是教师心理健康的正面因子。③不同组织气氛的学校,其教师心理健康水平差异显著。
Objective To study interrelationship between the mental health of the teacher and the organizational climate of junior middle school. Methods 245 teachers in 27 junior middle schools in Chenzhou and using SCL-90 and OHI to make an investigation. Results The mental health of the junior middle teachers significantly related to the organizational climate of the school-and considerably influenced by the principal's leading behavior especially. Conclusion The teachers who live in the schools with different organizational climate have remarkable difference in their mental health.
