感染对慢性重型肝炎预后的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的　探讨感染对慢性型肝炎预后的影响。方法　对继发感染的 35例慢性重型肝炎患者与无感染的 32例慢性重型肝炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果　继发感染的慢性重型肝炎患者总胆红素 (TBIL)高于无感染的慢性重型肝炎患者P <0 .0 1,PTA低于无感染的慢性重型肝炎患者P <0 .0 1,病死率 6 8.3% ,明显高于无感染的慢性重型肝炎患者 P <0 .0 1。结论　感染加重内毒素血症 ,加重肝损害 。
