摘要 粘附分子细胞间粘附因子 - 1 (ICAM - 1 )在器官移植免疫反应中发挥重要作用 ,是诊断排斥反应灵敏的指标 ,体液细胞间粘附因子 (sICAM - 1 )的监测对排斥反应的鉴别诊断有重要参考价值 ,同时应用ICAM - Intercellular adhere molecule-1(ICAM-1) plays an important role in immunity reaction of organ transportation. ICAM-1 is a sensitive index in diagnosis of rejection reaction. It is very significant for differential diagnosis of rejection reaction to monitor soluble ICAM-1. Besides, some research success has been making in treatment of rejection reaction by applying anti- ICAM-1 mAb.
