To implement CME well, first, a sound organizing and managerial system should exist and the functions of the system ought to be fulfilled. Second, a solid CME should be performed in offices. Third, it is necessary to declare and conduct CME items actively. Fourth, it requires strengthening the credit management of CME further and making the credit reliable. Finally, the credit that the medical staff has obtained in CME in offices must be in accordance with what the regulation requests, with a sustained improvement of professional work and ability. the assessment system and standard for scoring should be established according to the five items mentioned above.
