摘要
目的 探讨前牙粘结固定桥的临床应用效果。方法 采用间接粘结修复法 ,将基牙预备成一定的机械固位形 ,利用德国进口网状加强片制作舌翼板 ,运用酸蚀 -粘结技术粘结修复。结果 96例中粘结修复成功 91例 ,成功率 94 .7%。结论 该类固定桥固位良好 。
Objective To study the effects of the clinical application of anterior teeth adhesion fixed bridge.Methods Indirect bonding repair was applied, preparing the abutment into certain mechanical fixed mode, making lingual flange shelf with German web bracing sheet, and acid-bonging technique was used to make the repair.Results This kind of fixed bridge worked well and had the function of cutting and looking elegant and success rate was 94.7%.Conclusion Anterior teeth adhesion fixed bridge is a good method to repair, so it can be popularized.
