摘要
将 2 0 0只尼克红成年蛋鸡饲养在温度为 30℃以上人工气候室中 ,研究了中药添加剂对热应激蛋鸡内分泌机能、免疫机能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明 ,在日粮中添加中药添加剂 ,可显著提高高温环境中蛋鸡耐热力 ,主要表现是 :(1 )提高了甲状腺分泌功能 ,使血浆 T3含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )减少了应激引起的肾上腺过度分泌 ,降低了血浆皮质醇含量 ;(3)提高了卵巢的功能 ,使血浆 E2 含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(4 )提高了蛋鸡的免疫力 ,血液红细胞 C3b受体花环率和淋巴细胞转化率增加 ;(5 )改善了蛋鸡营养代谢状况 ,提高了血液红细胞数、血红蛋白含量和血细胞压积 ,增加了血液 Ca2 + 、P3+ 和 K+ 含量 ;提高了产蛋量 。
The effect of traditional Chinese medicine additives on production and physiological function of egg-laying hens in heat stress was studied. The result showed that traditional Chinese medicine additives not only raised the productivity but also quality of egg for egg-laying hens under the condition of high temperature.The main reason was that,firstly,traditional Chinese medicine additives coordinated the endocrine function of hen in heat stress.For example,the traditional Chinese medicine B not only raised (P<0.05) T 3 concentration, E 2 concentration and reduced in (P<0.05) corticosterone concentration in plasm, but also increased the thyroid weighsecondly,traditional Chinese medicine additives improved material metabolism.For instance,traditional Chinese medicine additive increased concentrates of Ca 2+ ,P 3+ ,K + and HGB.Thirdly,traditional Chinese medicine additives improved immunity of hen under condition of high temperature.
