中晚期食管癌放疗加化疗87例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的分析放射治疗与顺铂 (DDP)、氟尿嘧啶 (5 -Fu)、甲酰四氢叶酸钙 (CF)在放疗前后化疗对中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法 87例中晚期食管癌随机分为两组。放化疗组放疗前用DDP、5 -Fu、CF化疗 ,放疗后再给予 2个疗程的化疗。另一组为单纯放疗组。治疗后分别进行 1、2、3年生存率比较。结果放化疗组 1、2、3年生存率明显高于单纯放疗组。结论中晚期食管癌经化疗及放疗后生存率及生活质量明显优于单纯放化疗。
