心尖肥厚型心肌病的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨心尖肥厚型心肌病 (AHCM )的临床特点。方法回顾分析 16例AHCM的临床表现及心电图、超声心动图、心室造影及冠状动脉造影、磁共振等检查特征。结果心电图显示胸导为主导联上出现对称性T波倒置、ST段压低及R波增高 ,13例经超声心动图或磁共振证实心尖肥厚 ,心室造影 5例呈“黑桃”样改变 ,冠脉造影示 2例存有心肌桥 ,2例轻度狭窄。结论AHCM可合并冠状动脉病变 ,心电图、超声心动图结合影像学检查能够明确诊断。
