雌激素对女性X综合征患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of estrogen on the vessel endothelial function in the female patients of X syndrome

摘要 目的探讨雌激素对女性X综合征患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法采用随机、对照、单盲方法将 2 8例女性X综合征患者分为雌激素治疗组 (n =16 )和常规治疗组 (n =12 )。疗程均为 8周。治疗前后分别采用高分辨率血管超声检测肱动脉血流介导性舒张功能 (FMD)的变化和血中内皮素 1(ET 1)含量。结果雌激素组治疗后肱动脉FMD、ET 1较治疗前明显改善 ,与常规治疗组比较也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论雌激素可显著改善女性X综合征患者的血管内皮功能。 Objective To study the effect of estrogen on the vessel endothelial function in the female patients of X syndrome. Methods 28 female patients with X syndrome were randomly and single-blindly divided into estrogen treatment group (n=16) and routine treatment group (n=12). The treatment course was 8 weeks for the two groups. Before and after treatment, the flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) function in brachial artery was measured by high-resolution ultrasound and the level of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) was assayed. Results FMD and ET-1 were significantly improved in estrogen treatment group after treatment compared with that before treatment (P<0.01), which were remarkably different from that in the routine group (P<0.01). Conclusion Estrogen can significantly improve the vessel endothelial function of the female patients with X-syndrome.
