摘要
目的 探讨活血化瘀中药与西比灵联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。 方法 将 4 2例病人随机分为 2组 ,每组 2 1例。治疗组用川芎化瘀胶囊 ,5粒 ,3次 d ,口服 ,西比灵 5mg睡前口服 ;对照组用西比灵 10mg ,睡前口服。治疗时间为 2 8d。根据头痛发作程度、频率、持续时间进行疗效评价。结果 治疗组总显效率为 71.4 % ,总有效率为 95 .2 % ,对照组总显效率为 38.1% ,总有效率为81.0 % ,两组显效率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 川芎化瘀胶囊加西比灵治疗偏头痛效果明显 。
Objective To contrast the therapeutic effects of chuanxiong capsules and sibelium in the treatment of migraine.42 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 21 cases treated with oral administration of 5 chuanxiong capsules each time,three times a day and 5mg of sibelium before sleep and the contrast group treated with 10mg of sibelium alone before sleep,28 days as a course of treatment in both groups.The therapeutic effects were evaluated in terms of the degree,frequency and the lasting time of migratine.Methods Results The rates of marked therapeutic effect and total curative effect were 71.4% abd 95.2% respectively in the treatment group were 38.1% and 81.0% respectively.There existed significant differences in marked therapeutic effects between the two groups(P<0.05),while no significant differences in the total curative effects were found between them(P>0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiong capsules have better curative effects on migraine than sibelium.
