摘要
本文提出了一种精密丝杠磨削过程中控制校正补偿装置的智能方法,分析和设计了智能接口电路及用于该装置的控制软件.随着这种智能装置的应用,丝杠加工精度大为提高.
This paper presents an intelligent method to control the compensation device in high precision leadscrew grinding.An intelligent interface circuit is described and the control software which can be used in compensation device is designed.With the application of this intelligent device,the accuracy of leadscrew will be increased greatly.
