摘要
目的 探讨良性输尿管肿瘤的诊断与治疗。方法 对 1988年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月收治的 5例原发性良性输尿管肿瘤的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 本组 5例均经手术和病理证实为输尿管良性肿瘤 ,4例采取输尿管加输尿管开口处膀胱袖状切除 ,1例行病变处输尿管单切除术加输尿管端端吻合术。 4例获得随访 ,时间为 1～ 12年 ,均健康生存。 结论 膀胱镜检查及逆行输尿管造影是诊断此病的重要方法。治疗以输尿管切除加输尿管开口处膀胱袖口状切除为主要方法 。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of beneign ureteral tumors.Methods The diagnoses and treatment of 5 cases of primary benign urteral tumor treated from May ,1998 to May,2001 were retrospectively reviewed here.Results All these cases were confirmed by operation and pathological detection.4 cases underwent sleeve resection of bladder at the ureteral orifice or the ureter itself.Simple resection and uriteral end-to-end anastomosis were used in one case at the lesion points.Follow-up surveys were made in 4 cases for 1-12 years.All cases survived well in these years.Conclusion Endoscopy and retrograde ureterography can act as an important means in diagnosing the disease.Ureter resection and sleeve resection are the mains means.Follow-up surveys should be given postoperatively.
