摘要
目的 :探讨降纤酶对脑梗塞的治疗效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :治疗组64例采用降纤酶治疗脑梗塞 ,对照组58例采用5%低分子右旋糖酐加维脑路通注射液静脉滴注治疗脑梗塞 ,进行对比观察。结果 :对治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损进行评定 ,治疗组降低纤维蛋白原、改善血液流变学明显优于对照组。结论
Objective:To explore thrombolytic therapy effect in cerebral infarction and influence on blood rheˉology with defibrase.Methods:64cases in treating group were treated with defibrase to thrombolysis,58cases in control group were treated with5%low molecular dextran plus troxerutin.Result:After treatment,the scales of neurological parameters were determined,The effect of defibrase is significant in decline of the fibrinogen and blood viscosity.Conclusion:Thrombolytic therapy of using defibrase in early cerebral infaction is effective and safe.
