摘要
随着电子信息技术的发展,图书馆电子资源的管理遇到了越来越多的法律问题。本文从一些基本的法律概念出发,对这些问题进行了剖析,并试图对图书馆电子资源的获取、管理、传播和使用作出法律上的解释和规范。
There are more and more law problems in the management of library' s eleronics information with the development of the eleronics information technology. This paper discusses the obtainment, management, spread and utilization of the eleeonics resources, and makes an explanation and standard on the law.
