摘要
在气冲造型条件下对粘土砂转移涂料的脱模剂进行了研究。研究表明 ,在实验模板加热条件下 ,以甲基硅油为主的液态复合脱模剂有较好的脱模效果 ;在模板不加热的情况下 。
The lubricants of casting mold used in green sand transfer coating were investigated under impact pressure casting.The results show that the main constitute of the lubricant is methy silicon oil under mold heating condition on which the coating can be better transferred from mold to the sand chamber.While the plastic film that constitute multiple layers has a better transfer effect under room temperature condition.
