摘要
目的观察参花胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服参花胶囊,对照组口服地奥心血康,两组疗程均为4周。结果 治疗组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效均优于对照组,并在改善血液流变性及血脂、脂蛋白水平方面亦优于对照组;对改善血液流变学指标、降低血脂水平的作用亦优于对照组。结论 参花胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效良好,且安全性好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Shenhua Capsule on coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods: 80 Patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were divided into the treatment group ( n = 50) and the controlled group ( n= 30) . Patients in treatment group received Shenhua Capsule, and those in controlled group received Di aoxinxuekang Capsule. The treatment courses of two groups were 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of controlled group. ECG total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of controlled group. Also the effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of the controlled group which decreased the attack times and duration of angina pectoris, dosage of nitroglycerin as well as improving markers of hemody-namics and decreasing blood - lipid level. Conclusion: Shenghua Capsule is effective and safe for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
