摘要
采用西葫芦高效坐果王和2,4-D分别对西葫芦雌花的不同部位进行处理。结果表明:6250mg/kg、8333mg/kg、12500mg/kg的西葫芦高效坐果王和10mg/kg的2,4-D对提高西葫芦的坐果率、促进果实生长均有显著的作用,其中以浓度为8333mg/kg的西葫芦高效坐果王效果最佳;处理西葫芦雌花的最佳部位是子房。
The treatments on the different position of female flower of pumpkin were conducted by using different density of thehigh efficient bearing fruit king of pumpkin and 2,4–D.The results showed that the high efficient bearing fruit king of pumpkin of6250mg/kg,8333mg/kg,12500mg/kg density and 2,4-D of 10 mg/kg density were effective signicantly on the bearing fruit rateand the fruit development.The high efficient bearing fruit king of pumpkin of 8333mg/kg density was the best.The best position offemale flower of pumpkin being treated was ovary.
