摘要
目的 探讨血管性痴呆 (VD)患者脑脊液中血管紧张素Ⅱ (angiotensinⅡ ,AngⅡ )、精氨酸加压素 (argininevaso presin ,AVP)含量的变化 ,事件相关电位P30 0 潜伏期 (P30 0 Peaklatency,P30 0 PL)变化和意义。方法 (1)认知功能评价 :运用简易精神状态量表 (MMSE)、P30 0 潜伏期 (P30 0 PL)、Hachinski缺血量表 (HIS)、社会功能活动调查 (FAQ)量表 ;(2 )病例分组 :VD组 5 0例 ;对照组 2 6例 ,为中枢神经系统非器质性疾病患者 ;(3)用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定患者脑脊液 (CSF)中AngⅡ、AVP含量。结果 VD组患者CSF中AngⅡ含量显著高于对照组 (10 3.6 5± 17.4 2 ,35 .18± 18.2 4 ) ,而AVP含量显著低于对照组 (1.6 1± 0 .4 7,3.2 4± 0 .72 ,P <0 .0 1) ;P30 0 PL显著延长 (4 38.4 2± 38.73,331.37± 35 .86 ) ,而MMSE评分显著降低 (14 .4 2± 7.6 1,2 7.4 3± 2 .15 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 脑内AngⅡ、AVP含量变化在VD的发病中可能起重要作用。
Objective To study changes in activities of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) and arginine vasopressin (AVP), and their correlation with event related potential (ERP) P 300 peak latency(P 300PL) in patients with vascular dementia(VD). Methods (1)Cognitive evaluation:Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE), P 300PL, Hachinski Ischemic Score(HIS) and Functional Activities Questionnaire(FAQ) were used;(2)Case grouping: the patients were divided into vascular dementia group(50 patients) and control group(26 patients with non-organic disease of central nervous system); (3)Assay of AngⅡ and AVP content in CSF:radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used.Results In VD group, the AngⅡ content in CSF was significantly higher, but AVP content in CSF was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01); P 300PL was markedly prolonged and MMSE was markedly decreased as compared with the control(P<0.01).Conclusion Changes in activities of AngⅡ and AVP in brain play an important role in the pathophysiology of vascular dementia.
