尸检脑动脉内超声显像与组织学的对比检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的 应用血管内超声了解颅内动脉的粥样硬化病变特点。方法 以脑动脉内超声 (ICUS)和组织学两种方法对 35例死亡患者的体外脑动脉进行对比检测。结果 仅 1例患者ICUS基本正常 ;其余 34例均有不同性质和程度的粥样硬化病变。血管内超声对测定血管直径、面积与组织学方法测定值近似 ,两种方法的相关性良好。r =0 .76~ 0 .83,P >0 .0 5。结论 血管内超声对脑动脉粥样硬化病变特点可以提供准确信息。 Objective To investigate the cerebrovascular atherosclerotic lesion by intracerebroarterial ultrasound(ICUS).Methods Comparison of intravascular ultrasound and histological findings of isolated cerebral arteries was carried out in 35 autopsy cases.Results Only 1 case showed normal ICUS and other 34 cases were found to have various types of atherosclerotic plaques.Good correlation was obtained between the luminal diameter and luminal area measured by ICUS and those measured from histology(r=0.76~0.83,P>0.05).Conclusion The ICUS examination is a good method for detection of cerebral atherosclerotic lesions.
