摘要
目的 :了解口服抗组胺药物在我院的应用情况和发展趋势。方法 :采用金额排序和应用频度分析法对我院 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月常用口服抗组胺药进行统计、分析。结果 :用药金额及用药频度 (DDDs)逐年提高 ,2 0 0 2年用药金额及DDDs分别是 2 0 0 1年的 1.34倍和 1.38倍。结论 :氯雷他定是抗过敏药物首选。我国制药企业应抓住机遇 ,开发国产的长效、安全、经济的口服抗组胺药物。
OBJECTIVE:To get clear idea about the current situation and future trend of the usage of antihistamines. METHODS:By using the methods of ranking of sum of money and DDDs, the antihistamines used in our hospital during the years 2001～2002 were analyzed. RESULTS:The annual sum of money and DDDs of antihistamines increased with years. The sum of money and DDDs of antihistamines used in 2002 were 1.34 times and 1.38 times as much as those in 2001 respectively. CONCLUSION:Loratadine is still the first choice therapy of allergic reaction. It is important to speed up the development of domestic antihistamines which are tong-action, safe and cheap.
