毛细支气管炎患儿HLA-DR及IL-4表达与IgE生成关系探讨 被引量：18

摘要 为探讨毛细支气管炎患儿淋巴细胞HLA_DR和Th1/Th2细胞因子表达对IgE合成的影响 ,对58例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿及20例正常儿童 ,采用间接免疫荧光法检测外周血淋巴细胞HLA_DR表达 ;以IFN_γ代表Th1类细胞因子和IL_4代表Th2类细胞因子 ,ELISA方法及多标记免疫分析系统测定血清IgE和IL_4及IFN_γ的表达水平。结果患儿组外周血淋巴细胞HLA_DR表达阳性率、IgE及IL_4表达均显著高于对照组 ,P分别<0.01、<0.05和<0.01 ;两组IFN_γ水平差异无显著性 (P>0.1) ,而患儿组IL_4/IFN_γ水平则显著高于对照组(P<0.02) ;HLA_DR表达及IL_4水平与血清IgE水平之间密切相关 (P<0.001)。提示RSV毛细支气管炎患儿Th1/Th2类细胞因子表达处于Th2强势状态 ,淋巴细胞HLA_DR和IL_4高表达使IgE合成增多 。
