摘要
知识创新包括技术创新、管理创新、制度创新三个主要内容。知识创新可以不断提高企业的竞争实力 ,是企业持续发展的动力 ,企业只有不断进行知识创新 ,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。开展知识创新时企业应成为创新的主体 ,要建立完善的企业创新激励机制 ,同时要正确认识继承与创新的关系 ,正确处理好知识创新过程中的成功与失败的关系。
Knowledge innovation includes technology innovation,management innovation and system innovation.Knowledge innovation can improve competition ability of enterprises.It is a power of constant developing.If enterprises want to succeed in competitive market,they will do nothing but make knowledge innovation.An enterprise should be the main body of innovation in carrying out knowledge innovation and should set a perfect encouragement system of innovation while it should be aware of the relations between innovation and inheritance correctly and cope with relations between success and defeat in knowledge innovation.
