摘要
根据中国加入WTO后对国际性人才的需求形势 ,地方高校如何培养符合国际要求的人才 ,不仅关系到学生个体和高校今后的生存发展 ,而且还关系到国家、民族国际生存空间和国际竞争力的问题。在WTO体制下地方高校应对人才培养目标和规格作更新设计 ,并建立以培养学生国际就业能力为核心的教学模式。
According to the need of international talents with China entry into WTO,how local college students are being trained to fit for international environment plays an improtant part in state's and nation's living space and international competitive abilities in addition to the development of students and colleges.In the article,the author points out that local colleges should make new designs for talents training targets and establish the teaching model of focusing on training students'job application abilities and working abilities in international environment.
