摘要
电镜下可见大鸨小肠柱状细胞顶部侧膜相互间形成连接复合体。线粒体及其它细胞器主要集中于端网下的区域。大肠的柱状细胞与小肠不同 ,其质地比小肠柱状细胞结构更清晰 ,绒毛长度与密度不如小肠 ,近肠腔面的胞质中可见许多直径约 80～ 15 0nm的分泌颗粒。肠内分泌细胞染色较柱状细胞浅 ,内分泌颗粒分布于核周围及下方靠近基膜的胞质中。在十二指肠部还可见到另一种内分泌细胞 ,此细胞特点是其分泌颗粒主要分布在细胞顶部与核之间的胞质中 ,有时可见颗粒与细胞膜紧密相贴。
It can be seen through electron microscope that the apical region of the lateral membrane of the chief cell is joined to those of neighbouring cells by means of junctional complexes. The mitochondrion and other organelles mainly gather in the cytoplasm below the terminal web. The thief cell in the large intestine is different from that in the small intestine. Its structure is clearer and its length and density of microvilli are less than those in the small intestine. There are many secretion granules about 80～150 nm in diameter in the apical cytoplasm in the chief of large intestine. The internal secretion cell is much lighter in the stain than that in the chief cell. Numerous small internal secretion granules are found in the cytoplasm adjacent to the basal membrane and surrounding the nucleus. There are some internal secretion cells in the duodenum which are different from that had been mentioned above, and their many internal secretion granules can be seen in the cytoplasm between the nucleus and apical membrane. Sometime it can be seen that granule are closely contacted with cytomembrane.
