全球化是当代社会主义国家面临的最主要的外部环境之一 ,随着人类社会不断跨越空间障碍和社会障碍逐渐向全球化辐射扩展 ,世界发展进程的主要特点呈现出从传统分散封闭型向现代整体全球型演变。正确把握中国外部发展环境这一基本特点 ,从全球化的角度思考国际国内两个大局 ,在谋求自身经济社会发展与其他国家进行竞争合作中 ,确立与全球化浪潮和国际规则相适应的思维方式和价值观念 ,树立交互主体性的思维方式和共生共赢的价值观念 ,共产党执政才能找到振兴发展的生长点 ,从而具有生命力。
Globalization is the most noteworthy feature in the external environment of contemporary socialist nations.Along with the expansion of the globalization of mankind by overcoming space and social obstacles,international development is characterized by evolution from traditional decentralized development to modern overall global development. This basic characteristic of China's external environment is based on two perspectives of globalization: international and domestic.To further economic and social development and to carry out competition and cooperation with other countries,China needs to establish an ideology and values which are suitable for the tide of globalization and international rules.Only in this way can the Communist Party maintain its vitality and find a starting point for further development.
